Hello,

I have a question. I have been working as a translator (Spanish) for 3 years and noone said to me " your translation was incomprehensible, there are a lot of mistakes we don't give your money". Hello,

I have a question. I have been working as a translator (Spanish) for 3 years and noone said to me " your translation was incomprehensible, there are a lot of mistakes we don't give your money". This is the first time that I am facing something like this. Once I had something similar, they marked the parts that they didn't understand and I retranslated the phrases. But this time the original text was so complicated, bad written and I could not understand it. They said I mistakes about punctuation, feminin masculin errors, incomprehensible frases and they didnt want to pay. But later I saw their post on proz where they were looking for a proofreader for the text. If it was so bad, why they didn make it translated it to someone? Most of my friends who are native speakers of spanish they said it was well written apart from some small errors. What can I do? I spent one week for it.
