Just breathe!

I am telling myself to slow down and take a little time to breathe....

We all find pictures of courses taken here and record of achievements there, which put us under the pressure of running to keep on track....

But first, we need to know our priorities and act upon that!

keeping our physical and mental health is on the top of the list, at least to boost our immunity.

So...
