Als je met disclaimer en Nederlands googelt krijg je allerlei soorten disclaimers.
(beperking of uitsluiting van aansprakelijkheid noemt FEL dat ook wel).

Ingeval van verschil tussen de Engelse en de Nederlandse tekst van deze algemene voorwaarden, zal de Nederlandse tekst bindend zijn.
Something to the effect that the Dutch (depending on which language you translate from) text is binding in case there are differences in the text.

Thanks, Marijke, I think that's what I was looking for.
I simply want to point out that as the original text was written in Dutch , that's the only one that is legally binding.
