I am a Salford University graduate with BA(Hons) in Modern European Languages and Translation and Interpreting Studies with Italian and German. I currently work as a freelance interpreter and translator in private and public sector in UK. In my academic training I successfully completed winter semester at the prestigious school for translators and interpreters SSLiMIT (University of Bologna), where I mainly concentrated on translation work form Italian into English (economics, literary). I have also studied translation theory and applied translation at Hochschule Zittau/Goerlitz in Germany (German<->Czech combination). I am also a proud holder of Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (English Law). My main field of expertise is Law and Medical. I am a member of several professional bodies and I regularly attend CPD events to keep up to date with the industry.
