I'm looking for the best tool to analyze the number of words in a website, and also a tool for translating a website. We have a large website for translation from English to Hebrew Thanks!

Those are the tools that should be used for localizing large websites, at least for consistency. They include word count, fuzzies and at least Smartling also live previews of the localized content. You'll find similar recent threads on this topic in the forums.

This is an approach for small static websites and would not help localising the UI, which is very sensitive. There are two links to related information in a post of mine in this thread which has still to be vetted by ProZ's staff (today malfunctioning of their website has reached a seldom degree). Here's the link to a previous similar thread: https://www.proz.com/forum/software_applications/365342-software_for_translating_website_content.html

Just a note to clarify that downloading files using the above mentioned tools that will generate a huge amount of "fake" repetitions due to the transformation of dynamic items into static ones like menus replicated on each file, so, statistically, reps are greatly overcounted by CATs.
