I'm going to try to make the powwoww and dinner in the afternoon so you can book a seat for me.

Cena pelín antes? Feb 14, 2004

I think it would be a good idea to book our dinner earlier, say around 20:00. That's closer to a European time, and will definitely allow leaving on the last train after a little bit of "sobremesa". I'll have to take this train BTW, my girl's flying early on Monday.

Looking forward to the next Powwow... Feb 16, 2004

It was great meeting some of you at the dinner, sorry I couldn't make it to the powwow but my son was invited to a birthday party on Friday, and I couldn't get free until almost 7 p.m. Hope to make it to the next powwow!

Cheers to everybody,

Martin

Same here Feb 16, 2004

It was great meeting all of you - both at the powwow and the dinner, and including the youngest powwow attendant ever: Mr. Kodi Dotterer
I look forward to Pablo's report on the event as soon as he can get down to it!

It was rather formal.... Feb 16, 2004

....compared with other powwows I have attended. But perhaps that will have suited people better who feel that powwows are too informal - We msut cater for every taste in this life, huh?

I enjoyed meeting you all and I am sorry I had to dash away from the meal. My wife had a temperature and was coping alone with our whirlwind of a five year old daughter.

Hope to see many of you again on site and in person

PS As soon as I get my photos resized, etc. I'll post a note here.

Waiting for pics... Feb 16, 2004

Still in Barcelona - having a look at ProZ from an Internet cafe (and struggling with that Spanish keyboard) - I was glad to meet you all and I hope to see the pictures soon. I hope that your wife feels better now Berni.

Nice meeting Feb 16, 2004

you all too, and I'm only sorry I couldn't stay for longer, or talk to some of the faces I discovered behind the names during the presentations (!) (Thierry, Sean...) If there is interest in a more "informal" pow-wow come spring, I could organize another one up Girona way...

Sooo many translators... Feb 16, 2004

...at one time... I had never seen something like that before. My "famiglia" down in the island will hardly believe there is an organisation which is bigger than their one.
It was nice to meet you all.

Arturo
