Currently working as a Head of Translation for WorldOne Research, a Market Research company for the Healthcare and pharmaceutical sector.
Managing a team of 9 Translation Managers and 7 translators and proof-readers (in-house), setting up procedures and guidelines.
Working with the Operations Manager to implement new translation tools and software. Also responsible for recruitment and training.
