(57) Disclosed is a method for determining a
dynamic overload curve of a transformer based
on operating data, comprising: A, based on
basic configuration information of a
transformer, performing basic configuration of
overload curve calculation to adapt to
transformers of different types and different
cooling manners; B, reading real-time
operating data of the transformer, and
completing preparation of the real-time
operating data of the transformer; C,
calculating a cooling capacity of the
transformer and an initial cooling capability of
the transformer; D, analyzing a history load
trend of the transformer, and predicting a
future load of the transformer; E, calculating
thermal limit time of the transformer based on
a winding hot point temperature of the
transformer; F, based on an initialized overload
capability table of transformer components,
modifying the thermal limit time of the
transformer; G, using a Bezier grid to perform
fitting on a load curve, and completing
determination of a dynamic overload curve
graph of the transformer. The dynamic
overload curve graph of the transformer
generated according to the present invention
can provide a scientific and effective reference
for load control.

Source text - English Аннотация: Благотворительность - одна из основных форм решения острых общественных проблем и особая сфера социальной жизни. Изучение истории ее осуществления в условиях второй мировой войны как глубочайшего кризиса является способом усовершенствования современной практики меценатства и филантропии. Указанная цель достигается путем анализа впервые вводимых в научный оборот архивных документов. На их основе осуществляется сравнительная характеристика благотворительности во времени и месте, что позволяет найти ответы на современные вызовы религиозного терроризма, межнациональных конфликтов, скрытой интервенции и международной экономической поляризации. Результатом исследования стало раскрытие цели, состава, функций Благотворительного комитета Православной церкви в США 1930–1940х гг. Комитет был подотчетен митрополиту, желавшему контролировать всю благотворительность. Работа в нем не являлось ни престижной, ни плодотворной. В деле жертвенности отсутствовала активность меценатов, церковники отрицательно относились к количеству сборов. Глава Благотворительного комитета допускал беспорядок в его организации и \деятельности.
Translation - Russian Abstract. Charity is a special area of social life and one of the main forms of solving critical issues in the community. Studying the history of how charitable work was carried out during the World War II which was the deepest historical crisis, is a way to improve the modern practice of philanthropy and arts patronage. This evaluation can be done through the analysis of archival documents making their first scientific appearance. Based on them, we conducted a comparative analysis of charity work at different times and places. This allowed us to find answers to the modern challenges of the religious terrorism, ethnic conflicts, covert intervention and international economic polarization. As a result of the analysis, we found out about the purpose, structure and functions of the Charity Committee of the Orthodox Church in the U.S. in 1930-40s. It was accountable to the Metropolitan who wanted to control all the charity work. Serving on the Committee was neither prestigious nor fruitful. Church beneficence did not involve any patronage, and the churchmen were negative towards coming donations. The Head of the Charity Committee allowed for the lack of organization in its management and work.

The abundance of data to be recorded in the needed space of time goes beyond the capacity of any conventional process control system (especially when keeping costs in mind). This must lead to new ways of preventing hard disks from "filling up"

Из-за необходимости непрерывно записывать исторические данные, все системы управления процессом имеют потенциальную проблему нехватки ресурсов, связанную с ограниченностью памяти, доступной на жестких дисках. Обилие данных, обязательных для записи в требуемое время, выходит за рамки возможностей любой традиционной системы управления процессами (не говоря о стоимости). Это должно привести к разработке новых методов предотвращения «переполнения» жестких дисков.
