Dutch term

om niet e.e.a. te mijner beoordeling

Dutch to English Bus/Financial Law (general) building development contract
I am not sure how the above fits in with the last part of the sentence starting with "om niet..."
Na gereedkomen van alle werkzaamheden moet de betreffende wegstrook met alle bijbehoren om niet e.e.a. te mijner beoordeling aan de Staat in eigendom worden overgedragen.
Thank you for any insight

free-of-charge etc.

rare use of 'om niet' meaning 'free of charge' in this context. The sentence could have done with some commas as well.
Peer comment(s):

agree Deborah do Carmo : yep, for the rest: e.e.a = een en ander/mijner = genitief van het bez.vnw. van de eerste pers. enk. = my (PS: OED doesn't hyphenate free-of-charge, also without charge, at not cost etc.)
