This is an official institution in Andorra, but I haven't been able to figure out what the "M.I." stands for.

Molt Il·lustre Govern
I just wanted to point out two things:
1. In Catalan the dot between the two l's is required.
2. I disagree with Jonathan as to the need to translate it; I would only translate it in very specific instances, but in most cases there is no need, as it is purely honorific and even native speakers omit it almost systematically, its use being limited to official notices, invitations, etc. where protocol is strictly followed.

I'm afraid you have to translate it.
