You could leave out "specifically", since it doesn't add much to the sentence. And you can also say "shall" instead of "will".

I have used the present in the English because, while in Italian the "impegno" will be made in the future, using the English contract formula the agreement to make that "impegno" is made now at the time of signing the contract, or in other words "the agent shall agree" would sound odd.
