This is how notifications are given when a party has not provided an address to receive notices

VISTO el escrito de cuenta, sus anexos y advirtièndose de lo mismos que el promovente no acredita fehacientemente el caràcter con que comparece, ni señala el domicilio del trabajador, por lo que, en esa virtud se le requiere para que en un tèrmino de 3 TRES DIAS lo haga a fin de acordar lo conducente, con el apercibimiento de que en caso de no hacerlo en el termino señalado, se le tendrà por no presentada su solicitud y se enviarà al ARCHIVO el presente procedimiento, sin previo acuerdo como asunto total y definitivamente concluido por falta de interes jurìdico y en virtud de que no se señala domicilio para oir y recibir notificaciones, se ordena notificar por LISTA el presente acuerdo, lo anterior con fundamento en lo dispuesto por los artìculos 17, 689, 692 , 735 y 739 de la Ley Federal del Trabajo.

segun lo que interpreto del codigo, el juez que acordo notificar por lista es el correcto ya que no señalo domicilio para recibir notificaciones, pero platicando con otro compañero de escuela, dice que el juz que mando notificar personalmente al anterior depositario es el correcto a pesar de no haber domicilio para recibir notificaciones.

She testified that after the Court moved to the Complex, she began posting statutory notice of sheriff's sales on the bulletin board in the Complex, rather than the bulletin board at the courthouse and for a period of time notice was not published on the courthouse bulletin board. She now posts [in] both places, pending the courts moving back to the courthouse. In this case, notice was published on the bulletin board in the Complex, and not in the courthouse.

Form SCO 9-06 is recommended for the actual posted notice. The courthouse bulletin board and other customary places in the county are suggested for the three required postings. An additional copy should be posted at the location of the property.
