Dragon for Mac: sound feedback in headset?

Just started with Dragon for Mac, quite like it so far - except for inept tech and customer service.

Just wondering: is there a setting so you can hear in the headset what you are dictating in the mike – as a feedback sound?

I ask because my headset is not super comfortable and if i cannot hear myself speaking into the mike, the headset could as well be a simple mike.
