Paypal does not allow me to accept a payment

Dear Colleagues:

I received a payment via Paypal; I have the option to accept or deny the payment, but of course I want to accept it. The problem is that when I click on the "Accept" button, the following message appears "We are not able to process your request. Redirecting to classic view ...". The payment is from a regular client and this is the first time that I have this problem.

Did any of you have a similar problem?

Have you tried rebooting, emptying the browser cache, that sort of things?

It may also be a temporary (hopefulle) PayPal issue.

They always answer and will surely solve, not your bank, your bank can do nothing

Thank you for your answers. Finally, after trying so many times, I changed language from English into Spanish and was able to accept the payment... Very strange....

My experience with PayPal is that they responded quickly to any messages I had sent them whenever I encountered a problem. Usually, the problem was solved either on the same or on the following day.
