Soy autónoma en España, dada de alta en el ROI. Mi cliente está en el Reino Unido, y no está dada de alta en el ROI porque no es obligatorio en UK por debajo de un umbral bastante alto de ingresos. He llamado a Hacienda y me han dicho que el número europeo no es la única manera de acreditar que es una empresa/autónomo, y que me puede mandar un escrito acreditando que es autónoma y yo lo declaro en la casilla 61 del modelo 303 en vez de en el 349.

¿Alguien más ha tenido este problema? ¿Cómo lo habéis solucionado? No sé si fiarme de la persona de Hacienda cuando cada uno te dice una cosa distinta y no tengo nada por escrito para confirmarlo.

El IVA no me aplica porque estoy en las Islas Canarias. Sin embargo, creo que es necesario tratar esta factura como si es a una persona física -- ciudadano particular -- en el Reino Unido, y añadir el IVA español por la cuenta del autónomo. Es una pena por el, pero eso no es tu problema.

And there was me struggling to answer in Spanish because I assumed it was in the Spain forum .
Anyway, as I was trying to say, I think you have to invoice them including IVA/VAT as you would a private individual. If they aren't registered for VAT then they have to pay it from their own pocket.
