IMO nazwa jest adekwatna - fotelik wkomponowywuje sie fantastycznie w tylne siedzenie samochodu (o to chodzi, right?); dalabym doslowne tlumaczenie, gdyz to okreslenie od razu budzi takie wlasnie skojarzenia

w sumie najlepiej byloby z dodatkowym opisem (podobnie zrobiono w przypadku "mall girls" (gdyz samo "mall girl" raczej nie kojarzy sie z prostytucja, lecz raczej z potencjalnym zakupoholizmem):
teenage prostitutes hanging around/operating near parking lots, so called "car seat girls"
lub 'teenage girls offering sex' zamiast prostitutes, choc na jedno wychodzi, jednak nieco lagodniej
