: Zgoda, ale z pominięciem słów "income i "earnings", bo deklaracje i zeznania dotyczą też innych podatków, nie tylko dochodowych. Pełna zgoda dla "tax return".

I disagree, because the accountant needs to know sources of your income before they can calculate which type of tax to apply. You can have salary and dividends via employment and both are taxed differently.
