German term

Tragefalten

German to English Other Textiles / Clothing / Fashion motorbike garments
"Eine bequeme Tourenkombi bekommt spezielle Tragefalten und wird dadurch flexibler und bequemer, dehnt sich aber kaum, weil das Leder nicht auf Zug belastet sitzt."

Not entirely sure about this one, does it mean a type of fold/crease?

Thanks if you have any bright ideas :-)

pre-worn creases

I have come across this in descriptions of 'used/worn/vintage' jeans.
They are the creases that appear in clothing over the years (from sitting, wear and tear etc), but they are now manufactured so that the clothes look worn when you buy them!
Worn-effect creases
Pre-worn (effect) creases

agree Hilary Davies Shelby : and they make them more comfortable to wear as you don't have to "break them in"! Hi Jezebel ;-)
