Re: \"I do though still have problems finding \"Spleiß\" on the TESA website\" - maybe they only do butt-splices (or use the TESA product only for such splices); splice is the regular (dictionary) term for Spleiß/spleißen (usually applied to ropes, film, e.g., anything which needs to be joined to another item \"seamlessly\"). The other option is an overlapping splice; not sure if that\'s done with a TESA product.

I really had problems looking for this one, and it IS a tesa-related product.
I do though still have problems finding "Spleiß" on the tesa web-site, I can only find the butt-splice.
