My first choice is 'emergence area' or 'area of emergence', as used --> http://www.friadent.de/media/cms/addon/addon_pdf/pdf_1159480...
(we must disregard the doubling of area: 'area of mucosal emergence area', of course)
'point of emergence' is another option - just Google "point of emergence" + implant, and you will find quite a few examples also for dental implants.
So for the whole expression 'Durchtrittsstelle des Implanthalses' = 'area/point of emergence of the implant neck/collar'
(or also for 'Durchtrittsstelle des Implanthalses zur Mundhöhle' = 'gingival/mucosal emergence area/point of the implant neck', which allows to omit the Mundhöhle - gingival is IMO clear enough in this case.
So there are various options for a glossary entry.
