German term
Artikelrahmen
German to English
Marketing
Furniture / Household Appliances
tableware
This is from the marketing blurb for a new collection of tableware:
"Der kurze, moderne Artikelrahmen trifft die Bedürfnisse einer jungen Zielgruppe. Alle Artikel sind platzsparend stapelbar und Spülmaschinen fest."
I wonder if it has anything to do with there being a limited number of articles to choose from.
Has anyone come across this term before?

Possibly collection, but that sounds more upmarket.

That's basically what Sanni's article says. You could add basic/simple to the mix.

Discussion
Although range or series may be the best solution in this particular context, I am not sure if it would work in another. that's why I initially closed the question without grading.
My answer: "restricted range"
There seems to be a contradiction here.
I am actually with Cillie on this one. I did initially think of "range" too. But I now think it has more to do with the numbr of pieces in a set. Just need to come up with something snappy.
