Menu item
This term is part of a gourmet restaurant's New Year's eve menu:
Bohnen-Scheiterhaufen mit Foie-gras
in Himbeervinaigrette
This might mean green beans stacked and maybe even decoratively tied together. But since I practically never translate culinary texts, I need help with finding an appropriate English term.
It might be also helpful to know that the restaurant is located in Madrid.
Thanks in advance to all!

sheaf of green beans
I have seen similar arrangements of food in fine restaurants and in cookbooks (usually asparagus, looks very nice).
Has nothing to do with fire or burning.
