figurines on stands
I think this is what they are called. A sort of collectable series of things, on stands - which I take it is what the 'Schrauben' is about - though some are not and would perhaps just be called 'figurines'.

: A GNS would never associate "Schrauben" with "Sockel". I think they are talking about those neat welded little metal art sculptures that were very popular in the late 80s and early 90s
