When referring to a computer monitor a noninterlacing is a method of how an image on a computer monitor is refreshed. With noninterlaced every line on the monitor is refreshed during a scan. This provides for a higher quality display and less chance of noticing flickering or line movements on the monitor. When considering between a interlaced and a noninterlaced monitor, a noninterlaced monitor is commonly recommended.

Interestingly, although 'noninterlaced' would have been what I logically expected, de-interlaced gets signficantly more Google hits, and appears to be a commonly-applied term (sometimes incorrectly!)
Which of the 2 is applicable will depend a bit on the exact overall context; if they are referring to material that may once have been interlaced, but may have been processed to remove the interlacing, then de-interlaced is more correct.
If however they are talking about an input that has NEVER BEEN INTERLACED, then logically noninterlaced would theoretically be more appropriate (though it is clear that even in this case, de-interlaced is sometimes used out there in the real world)

'Entrelacage' actually means 'Paired'.
L'accouplement, "l'entrelacage" is "Paired" in video.
