Что, так и писать, - кара Божия, - в договоре об интеллектуальной собственности? Или все-таки, как Мультитран советует - стихийное бедствие? Я не ерничаю, я в первый раз в жизни с таким сталкиваюсь.
7. Term and termination
7.1 This Agreement shall become effective as of the date it is signed by the Parties and shall remain in force till a period of five years from the effective date or when it is terminated in accordance with this clause.
7.2 In the event of force majeure (including without limitation act of God, strike or war, or illness, incapacity or disability of XXXX) preventing XXX from observing and performing the terms and conditions to be observed and performed on his part under this Agreement for a period exceeding 90 days YYYYYY shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement forthwith by written notice.
