отсрочка исполнения [обязательств] по договору
Respite is the act of reprieving; postponing or remitting punishment. It is leniency and compassion shown toward offenders by a person or agency vested with authority. Respite is also an agreement which provides time to a debtor for making the payment to the creditors. The agreement would be a judicially approved or enforced one for delayed payment.
