PV - это точно фотовольтаика, если бы было просто "PV plant", тогда бы это была электростанция на основе солнечных батарей мощностью 100МВт, но здесь стоит еще manufacturing, т.е. завод все-таки это оборудование производит. Попробуйте погуглить "PV plant"

Большое спасибо за разъяснения и ссылки. Все же одно уточнение: мне встречалось, в частности на офиц. украинских сайтах такое как "энергостанция 100 МВт" или "энергоблок 100 МВт". Это точно не это?

World's Largest Solar PV Manufacturing Plant to Open in California

Nanosolar, the company that invented the cheap flexible "print out" type of solar cell, will be building a plant to manufacture them in California and hopes to have it operational by 2007. Proposed output will be in the range of 430 megawatts a year. They are doing this with a total of one hundred million dollars they have raised.

agree nuclear : Beyond a flicker of doubt. However, I'd omit "мощностью", because that makes it sound like it's the power of the plant... "На 100 МВт" perhaps
