University Hires are eligible for a one-year headcount relief, measured from the date of hire. Formal Leadership Development Programs (“LDPs”) and Formal Trainee Programs are eligible for headcount relief for each University Hire during the term of the program. For information on how to report headcount, please refer to the Finance Headcount policy. This headcount relief is not to be interpreted as a way to obtain temporary help to be displaced if no headcount is available. The intent is that University Hires offered regular employment will be converted to regular full-time employment status after the headcount relief lapses, absent a change in business circumstances.
