The Calibration Verification Cycle measures the lengths and diameters of the Calibration Wheel Set and compares them to the actual certified dimensions. The WSM-600 measurements must be within a specified tolerance of the certified dimension in order for the Calibration Verification Cycle to be completed successfully. The tolerance window that must be maintained by the machine is configurable by the end user to meet the needs of the machined part tolerances.
