Ik weet dat call-to-action betekent dat de klant in dit geval in de e-mail zal worden opgeroepen tot het ondernemen van actie. Ook is de term regelmatig op Nederlandse websites te vinden.
Echter staat er in dit belscript verder helemaal geen jargon. Ik betwijfel dus of de werknemers die het script lezen, zullen weten wat call-to-action inhoudt.
Maar ik vind het wat omslachtig om het te vertalen met: De klant zal een e-mail ontvangen die hem/haar oproept actie te ondernemen, etc.
Iemand een idee voor een korte en bondige vertaling die toch de lading dekt?

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

De eerste link verwijst naar een aardig artikel over hoe volgens de schrijver een goede call to action op een website eruitziet.
Als professional krijg je op een dag allerlei actieprikkels te verwerken via persoonlijke boodschappen, e-mail, sms, briefpost, telefoon, fax, etc.
..... zoekt welke actieprikkels als extra stimulans kunnen dienen om tot een probeeraankoop over te gaan.

Eventueel "verzoek om te reageren", maar oproep is sterker en past beter in deze context.
Er zijn nog erg veel websites waar nauwelijks respons op komt. Veel gemaakt fouten zijn:
Geen oproep om te reageren of ontbreken van een contactbutton. Elke tekst mag afgesloten worden met een oproep om vervolgactie in de vorm van een hyperlink.
