Is there a Dutch equivalent for this term, or would you use the English term in Dutch? Here is the context:
'... in the case of materials shipped direct to a customer of Buyer (MSD, including Balance of Plant).'
'If goods will be delivered as MSD or for use as Balance of Plant by Buyer, each shipment shall include a detailed, complete parts list that lists each component of the equipment purchased by Buyer.'
Thanks for all your help. Any references to Dutch texts would be highly appreciated.

Comment: "I left it as it is, although 'het gehele systeem' is another option I came across (but less used). Thanks to everyone for their help. Kind regards, Ron"
