innovation core
Please google for ("innovation core" food valley) - my phone browser has a 5-line link.

innovation nucleus
I think you can also say "nucleus" instead of "core". "Innovation core" is in fact less usual on the Internet than it seems at first sight by the number of Google hits.
Example sentence:
Technological Innovation Nucleus of Paraná
The innovation nucleus lies in the curricular area of Art (Plastic Expression and Education)
