How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Ik ben niet zeker over de verschillen tussen good en best practices, maar het zijn niet "common practices" (gangbare praktijken), want zo geformuleerd kunnen die meestal kritiek verwachten.

Doet de inhoud van het advies er dan niet toe?
Moet niet elke keer weer worden overwogen op het advies moet worden opgevolgd?
Alleen tot nu toe is het steeds zo geweest dat regeringen dit advies hebben opgevolgd en de schrijver schijnt dat om de een of andere reden goed te vinden.
Ik zou iets willen voorstellen als:
Contrary to what goverments used to do, following the weighty advice of committee X, this goverment foolishly choose to ignore it.
