(secondary) pinch roll
It appears that your machine is transporting bar stock from a coil ('de nieuwe rol' & 'de stang verder te transporteren'), and my interpretation is that the 'toevoerrollen' are the driven rolls (feed rolls) of the supply roll mechanism and the 'trekrollen' are the pinch rolls (non-driven rolls that press the material against the driven rolls).
I'm not sure about the 'secondary' qualifier. Perhaps the intended meaning is simply that they are secondary rolls (i.e. non-driven rolls) that act as pinch rolls (trekrollen).
refs:

Just introduce the material (banding) into the infeed funnel. The feedworks (pinch rolls) will then grab the material and pull it into the rotating knife path. The feedworks will continue to pull at a rate of 90 FPM until the material is consumed or the operator releases the feedworks via the release lever.

: Makes perfect sense to me too. 'Subordinate' instead of 'secondary' perhaps?

Thanks for the suggestion, but IMO the usual nomenclature in mechanical engineering is primary, secondary, and tertiary (it usually doesn't go any further)

It's about an industrial machine that makes screws and nuts.
