Dutch to English Other Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs birth certificate

Hi there. Help please! In a birth certificate from Curacao, they give the name of the mother and father of the child, his and her jobs and then for their address the certificate just puts "wonende alhier". The certificate has already given the address where the child was born (sounds residential and not hospital) so what I am wondering is whether by wonende hier they mean "living at the same address as the child was born" (which sounds more likely) or as Van Dale suggests "living in this town/city (i.e. Curacao).
