• Stock?: A warning message for ***non-Dormant*** items that have been sold in less than three of the past 12 months

• Status:
 Blank – Recurring usage
 New – Items that have been stocked for less than six months, maintained based on the average monthly usage in months with usage activity
 Sporadic – Items that have had usage in less than eight of the past 12 months
 < 12 Months – Products that have been sold for less than 12 months
• Formula: Formula used to calculate future demand for the item. Also “AvgShip” for items that have been sold for less than six months*** and “Target” for items with sporadic usage.
Adj Check

This worksheet determines if the usage in a particular month can be adjusted for unusual usage. If an item has recurring usage (i.e. sold in more than eight of the past 12 months) any month can be adjusted for high or low usage (i.e., months with zero usage will be corrected for unusually low usage). Adjustments will be made for items with sporadic usage only in months with positive usage activity. For items that were not sold prior to the last 12 months, usage can be adjusted only in months with positive usage.
