Spanish term

remítase lo correspondiente

Discussion

Paul Ryan Dec 9, 2023:
required It means the documents required to be submitted in each case to the competent civil authorities. If you look at Article 51 as cited, it is a statutory obligation for the court to provide the documents, so appropriateness does not really come into it.

the appropriate/corresponding/relevant documents

...shall be issued by the clerk's office....and the appropriate/corresponding/relevant documents shall be forwarded to the competent civilian authorities...

agree philgoddard : Yes, I think any construction with 'let' sounds like translationese. You don't have to repeat 'shall be' - you can just omit it the second time.

Spanish term (edited): remításe lo correspondiente

let (AmE) the relevant part of the record go (BrE) such particulars as are relevant be forwarded

I thought remítase was written with different accents, notably remításe.

lo correspondiente: not necessarily a case, trial or court bundle if includes (unerased) WhatsApp and email messages, but narrowed down to material of interest to 'las autoridades civiles competentes..', such as Vital Records Office / Registries of Births, Marriages & Deaths.

officios: court-to-the authorities comms and vice versa; entry 2. official notices, West.

Adrian MM. aka Kirsty MacC in a previous iteration and incarnation.
Example sentence:

relevant record means any record which will or may assist the scheme administrator to determine an application

Hágase saber y remításe copia a: Miembros del Tribunal Evaluador, postulantes inscriptos, Sedes Regionales

let the corresponding copies (of this order) be sent

Explanation:
Not merely documents, parts of the record or particulars, but the order itself
