Whereas, the First Party has entered into a contract REF:3240-NAP-SC-001 DATED 23- AUG-2023(hereinafter referred to as the “Main Contract”) for the Supply, Deliver to Site, install building envelop glazing and GFRP (hereinafter referred to as the “Works”) for the Sindalah Infrastructure and Marine -Cluster 1&2 (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”) with NEOM (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”), in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia;
