appearance
Just another option to the other answers. "Appearance" is used more in legal/court settings. The text definitely describes an agent (attorney-in-fact) "appearing" on behalf of a principal, although for the first occurrence of the term "حضور", "presence" seems like a good choice. Maybe "appearance" for the next two, which also seem to refer to "legal capacity". Context is crucial though, so it depends
