English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

1.2 a to sell the PRODUCTS, via DISTRIBUTOR, in the e-commerce channels. In this
case, in addition to selling the PRODUCT, DISTRIBUTOR will provide all relevant services as stipulated in the addendum 1 attached to this agreement.
1.2 b to sell the PRODUCTS to governments, companies, institutions and international
organizations, which maintain commissaries in the TERRITORY for supplying their own personnel, who re-sell for eventual consumption outside the TERRITORY.
1.2 c to conduct, at its own costs, direct marketing activities in the TERRITORY (such as
going to consumers directly via sampling activities, direct selling, special events and/or internet).
