English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as a right or license, express or implied, under any patent, copyright, trademark or intellectual property right, or application therefore, that is now or hereafter owned, applied for, or controlled by a disclosing party or any of its partners or Affiliates. Intellectual property rights associated with the Work provided by Contractor in connection with this Agreement shall remain Contractor’s property.
