Estoy traduciendo un testamento vitalicio (living will) y unos de los bienes es "Equity on house in Madrid, Spain (Adress: Calle...)
He pensado traducirlo como "Capital o patrimonio sobre la vivienda situada en Madrid...", pero no sé si tiene algún sentido, la verdad.
