Hola. Estoy traduciendo un contrato de fabricación de productos farmacéuticos suscrito entre una empresa de la India y una empresa venezolana y una de las cláusulas dice:
"It is expressly understood between the parties that [empresa venezolana] **will hold the property and owner** in Venezuela of both [empresa de la India] formulations and their corresponding health records who will use them for their subsequent commercialization according to the legal regulations that govern the matter."
Me imagino que la última palabra de la expresión que consulto es "ownership" y no "owner".
¿Tendrá el dominio y la titularidad?
