I realise that "procès-verbal" is in the glossary for "Verbal", but I'm not sure it applies in this context.

die Urkundsperson, in welcher Form die Urkundsparteien vom Inhalt der Urkunde Kenntnis genommen
haben, dass die Urkunde dem Parteiwülen entspricht und dass die Urkundsparteien
die Urkunde in Gegenwart der Urkundsperson unterzeichnet haben"

Otherwise known as a Schlussverbal, this is a note entered at the end of the document (in this case a contract) by which the notary (in this case) attests to the fulfilment of various formalities needed to make the document valid.
Example sentence:
The notary then adds a notarial statement at the end (the “eschatocol“) to the effect that the document was read out to the parties and executed in the notary’s presence and that he or she has added his or her own signature.

: with 'attestation' - the term of choice of UK civil-law notaries // as an ex- Commissioner for Oaths in E&W, I can see a 'demarkation dispute' with a Notary. Otherwise, in AUT (query: CH), it is possible for a Court Registrar to act as an 'Urkundsperson'.

Notary is implied (I think), as Swiss real estate contracts must be notarised; but "attestation" would cover all eventualities.
