In a university transcript from Brazil, I find this as a heading in the table of courses completed:
Código - the class code of course
Nome da Disciplina - the name of the course taken
Média - the student's average in the class (the grade)
CH - carga horária - hour load
Crd ????? In the column below is a number ranging from 1 to 5
Situação - whether the student passed or failed
There is no explanation given of the "Crd" column

Créditos = número de horas de aula por semana

Course credits
This is the meaning used at USP. Usually the number of course credits is the classload divided by 15. USP also has practical credits (for laboratory studies, etc). These correspond to 30 hours of activities. They are listed separately on the transcript.
Example sentence:
MAT111 (Calculus I) carries four course credits.
