11.1Each Party will maintain in effect appropriate insurance for the duration of the Study in amounts sufficient to meet its liability obligations under this Agreement.
Study Center will maintain, or will cause Investigator to maintain, adequate levels of medical malpractice insurance for the term of the Study.
Study Center will notify Sponsor in writing within twenty (20) days of any notice of cancellation or non-renewal of, or material change in, or claim against, its insurance coverage that could reasonably affect Study Center’s or Investigator’s obligations under this Section 11.1.
Study Center will provide Sponsor, or its CRO, with evidence of insurance coverage upon reasonable request.
