español term
gravamen de bienes inmuebles
español al inglés
Jurídico/Patentes
I don't know the right word for "gravamen" and what it means in the context. Basically, the directors (of the company) are entitled to buy, sell, transfer and "encumber"? (gravar)the property.

to charge fixed assets/take a fixed charge over land
I reckon charge is the most natural-sounding in a co. context. After all, fixed and floating charges created by directors over the co. assets can be registered in the UK at Companies House.
