Hi I am translating and I need to translate:
Responsabilidad culpabilística as opposed to strict liability. It is when you find someone liable due to fraudulent actions.
I hope I have explained myself if not here goes the phrase:
"Por lo tanto tratamos de una responsabilidad culpabilística, determinada la concurrencia de determinadas actuaciones"
