depending on the rest of the context.

I suspect "advisability" applies here... It is a common meaning of "oportunidad", although translators rarely think of it...

Instead of \"capacity\" you could say \"aptness\" or \"suitability\" (\"opportuneness\" would be okay, too, but it is not very common)
