German term
BV / BVNr.
German to English
Bus/Financial
Real Estate
abbreviations
from a sales agreement of a leasehold property:
"Vorkaufsrecht Bd. 17 Bl. 587. Nr. 105 BV, Flst. 289".
Bd = tome, Bl = Blatt/Folio, FLst = Flurstück i.e. land parcel, but what does BV stand for? I do not seem to find any appropriate answer (and Bundesverordnung does not make sense in the context).
And again: "Erbbaurecht an Grundstück Bd. 17, Bl. 587, BVNr. 130......". Your assistance is appreciated.
